Kellyโs practice focuses on relationships, managing stress, depression, anxiety, career counselling and trauma. Kelly is skilled at offering concrete techniques that strengthen your relationship with yourself- and others.

Denise Lynch Lacroix M.Ed., RSW, CCC
Denise will work alongside you to explore your therapeutic goals using a strength based approach. She incorporates a wide range of evidence based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness based therapy into her practice. Denise has worked extensively throughout her 15 year career supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns including: anxiety, depression,grief, emotion regulation and relationship building skills. She has spent a great deal of her time working with adolescents.
Deniseโs calm and non-judgemental nature along with her sense of humour serve to put clients at ease, feel safe, comfortable and ready to do the work they have set out for themselves.

Emily supports individuals, couples, and families. She is passionate about helping people find meaning in their relationships with themselves and the people in their lives.
She incorporates mindfulness and nature-based practices into her client-centered work.
Emily loves the beauty of Muskoka and believes it provides the opportunity to heal and connect our minds and bodies.

Janet Ho RP (Qualifying), DTATI
Janetโs practice focuses on grief, loss, anxiety, anger, identity, illness, marginalized experiences and general well-being from a holistic lens. She brings a trauma-informed, strength-based approach that nurtures self-awareness, self-expression, play, growth and resilience to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Janet offers both art therapy as well as talk therapy, interchanging as needed to best support her clients.

Allana Healey MSW, RSW
Allana practices from a stance of body-mind-environment connection, understanding that the systems and structures around clients often influence individual functioning, relationships, and views of the world. Allana works collaboratively with youth, young adults, and adults, supporting clients to identify needs, goals and barriers to change. In therapy, Allana utilizes several therapeutic techniques and psychosocial approaches to deliver strengths-based and culturally safe counselling. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Horticultural Therapy, and Behaviour Activation. Ultimately, her goal is to utilize an evidence-informed mixture of interventions to best honour the multiple dimensions that influence client functioning, and help maximize their potential

Lindsay Johnson MSW, RSW, CACC
Lindsay (she/her) supports individuals who experience anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, substance use/misuse, and those who need a safe space to express themselves. Her history of working in the community with families, private inpatient substance use treatment, and federal corrections is demonstrative of her ability to adjust to the context of her clients lives. Using compassion as an antidote to shame, Lindsay is passionate about walking alongside you on your journey towards well-being and balance. Lindsayโs collaborative and integrative approach uses techniques from various modalities to fit therapy to you, and not fit you to therapy.
